Terms and Conditions for Gunther Mazda Giveaways:
Eligibility: The Gunther Mazda Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Gunther Mazda and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: Participants can enter by visiting the Gunther Mazda dealership and purchasing or leasing a new Mazda vehicle. Participants will automatically receive the free gift associated with the current giveaway at the time of purchase or lease. Participants can also refer a friend or family member to Gunther Mazda, while supplies last. Only one gift per person is allowed.
Prize: The prize for each giveaway will be announced through email and website promotion. Prizes may include free oil changes, free car washes, and other merchandise.
Winner Selection: Everyone’s a winner if they purchase or lease a new Mazda.
Claiming Prizes: Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sole discretion of Gunther Mazda.
Release and Indemnification: By participating in the Gunther Mazda Giveaways, participants agree to release and hold harmless Gunther Mazda and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Gunther Mazda Giveaways or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
General Conditions: Gunther Mazda reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Gunther Mazda Giveaways, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Gunther Mazda’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Gunther Mazda in its sole discretion. Gunther Mazda reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Gunther Mazda reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Gunther Mazda is not liable or responsible for any giveaway communication errors in emails, on websites, invalid information, or deals that have expired. Gunther Mazda’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
